OPERATION/ FLEET MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Kosta Shipping is a dynamic and rapidly growing Shipping & Freight Forwarding company committed to delivering excellence in Coastal / Domestic Shipping. With a strong presence in the market, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and skilled OPERATION/FLEET MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE to join our Gujarat branch.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the deployment of a fleet of 130 trucks for domestic and coastal shipping.
• Ensure efficient scheduling to achieve faster turnaround of trucks.
• Develop and implement processes to minimize idle time and maximize truck utilization.
• Coordinate with drivers and loading teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement strategies to enhance communication and collaboration for efficient movement of trucks.
• Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in turnaround times.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators related to fleet operations.
• Analyse data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing a fleet of trucks, domestic and coastal shipping industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• MUST HAVE 2-3 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN FLEET MANAGEMEMNT.

Language Requirements:

• HINDI MUST
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, loading teams, and other stakeholders in Hindi.
• The ability to communicate in Hindi is crucial for coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring clear communication with all team members.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience.
