With a strong presence in the market, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and skilled Fleet Management Executive in our Truck yard at Puthuvypin. Job Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the deployment of a fleet of 150 trucks for domestic and coastal shipping. Ensure efficient scheduling to achieve faster turnaround of trucks. Also known in Automobile and truck maintenance. Develop and implement processes to minimize idle time and maximize truck utilization. Coordinate with drivers and loading teams to ensure seamless operations. Implement strategies to enhance communication and collaboration for efficient movement of trucks. Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in turnaround times. Generate reports on key performance indicators related to fleet operations. Analyse data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for process improvement. Qualifications: ITI Diploma in Automobile is preferred. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing a fleet of trucks, domestic and coastal shipping industry. Strong organizational and communication skills. MUST HAVE 1-2 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN FLEET MANAGEMEMNT. Language Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, loading teams, and other stakeholders in Malayalam.
