With a strong presence in the market, we are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and skilled Operation Executive . Job Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the deployment of a fleet of 250 trucks for domestic and coastal shipping. Ensure efficient scheduling to achieve faster turnaround of trucks. Develop and implement processes to minimize idle time and maximize truck utilization. Coordinate with drivers and loading teams to ensure seamless operations. Implement strategies to enhance communication and collaboration for efficient movement of trucks. Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in turnaround times. Generate reports on key performance indicators related to fleet operations. Analyse data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for process improvement. HINDI MUST Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing a fleet of trucks, domestic and coastal shipping industry. Strong organizational and communication skills.
