Job Description


  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage daily operational activities, including scheduling, task allocation, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to senior management.
  • Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service levels and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Lead and motivate operational teams, provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in operations management.
  • Skills, Responsibilities and Duties

    1. 2 + Years in Marketing operations profile
    2. Experience in management, operations, and leadership. Experience in bringing teams together and strong management skills
    3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    4. Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
    5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    7. Effective leadership and team management skills.
    8. Proficiency in using project management and data analysis tools.
    9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    10. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
    11. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    12. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (if applicable).
