Job Description

Job Title: Operations Executive – Coding & Coordination Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Organization: SpeEdLabs (www.speedlabs.in) Working Mode: Work from Office Laptop: Mandatory Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth execution of academic and business functions Write and manage scripts or tools using coding languages (Python preferred, or basic HTML/JavaScript/SQL) to automate internal processes and improve efficiency Handle data operations using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic scripting Coordinate with the tech team and content teams for timely task delivery Monitor product implementation progress across school or coaching center partners Maintain documentation of SOPs and workflows Troubleshoot issues and support internal users on tools and systems Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field 1–2 years of experience in operations with exposure to coding tasks Good command over Excel formulas, Google tools, and one or more coding languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) Strong logical and analytical thinking Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Laptop is mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): What is your last in hand salary Do you have a laptop?
