Operations Executive ProfilePosition Overview: The Operations Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational activities, coordinating with corporate clients, managing customer queries, and ensuring smooth appointment scheduling. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to support business operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, or in person and provide timely resolutions. Coordinate with corporate clients for service requirements, follow-ups, and updates. Schedule and manage appointments with clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients. Perform regular calling activities for confirmations, reminders, and feedback collection. Support operational workflow to ensure client satisfaction and service quality. Maintain proper records of communications, appointments, and reports. Assist in preparing daily/weekly MIS and operational reports for management review. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good telephone etiquette and client-handling ability. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Time management and multitasking capabilities. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-driven environment. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration/Healthcare/Management preferred). Prior experience (1–3 years) in operations, customer service, or coordination role will be an advantage.
