Job Description

Job Title - Executive-Operations

Reporting to - Manager

Job Location /Base Location - Delhi

Education level - Bachelor’s

Exp Required - Min 3 years of experience.

Preferred Industry - Pharmaceutical / Healthcare

Language Known - Local Language & English

Others

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Strong understanding of order management, supply chain, and compliance in pharma.

· Technical Skills- MS Office, SAP/ERP knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities -

Manage order placements and ensure timely order executions.
Follow uppayments with respective companies
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order-to-cash operations.
Coordinate dispatch activities, prepare dispatch documents, and share docket details with sales.
Prepare and manage a dedicated folder system for record-keeping.
Support management with timely reports and updates.
Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory and operational guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
