About the Client

Our client is a reputed hospitality and institutional catering services provider, serving hospitals and large institutions across multiple locations. They have engaged our firm to conduct operational field verification to ensure compliance, control, and service quality at their units.

Position Overview

The Field Verification Executive will be responsible for conducting daily field-level checks, documenting observations, preparing structured reports, and ensuring that verification activities meet the required standards. The role offers strong exposure to operational audits and compliance for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Essential Requirements

• Must have a working laptop with reliable internet connectivity
• Willingness to be physically present at client locations to conduct verification and operational audits
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers may apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field verification activities at operational units in Kolkata and nearby locations
• Visit field units regularly to perform independent operational checks
• Document observations thoroughly and prepare reports with supporting documents, in both the required reporting format and designated software
• Submit timely, accurate, and factual independent reports based on field findings
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations summarizing field-level observations
• Undertake 4–5 days of outstation travel per month, as required by client operations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and English
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accuracy
• Willingness to travel to unit locations and undertake limited outstation travel
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and basic IT tools
• Sharp observation, documentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to understand operational processes and apply audit checks
• Must possess a laptop with functional internet access

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)
• Total experience: 0–2 years (1 year preferred)

Kolkata, West Bengal
Candidate must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to joining.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
