Key Responsibilities: We’re looking for a hands-on Operations & Sales Executive to support key areas of our growing business—billing, delivery operations, and sales. This is a multi-functional role ideal for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a building environment. Billing & Documentation: Create and manage invoices for daily sales. Keep billing records accurate and organised. Coordinate with accounts for payment tracking. Delivery & Logistics: Plan and follow up on daily order deliveries. Coordinate with logistics partners and resolve any delivery issues. Maintain a record of dispatched and delivered items. Sales & Customer Interaction: Handle incoming inquiries from customers and suggest suitable products. Follow up with leads and close sales orders. Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain after-sales communication. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong communication and coordination skills. Comfortable handling both backend operations and front-end sales. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, etc.). Prior experience in industrial product sales, billing, or logistics is a plus. 12th pass or diploma preferred, but hands-on attitude is more important.
