Operation Executive in Ahmedabad

Job Purpose

To interact with clients regularly, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining client satisfaction in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall client experience.
• Interact with clients via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Maintain documentation and secure records from current clients in an organized manner.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and account management.
• Conduct employment verifications via phone or online platforms.
• Generate accurate reports based on verification data while maintaining the confidentiality of client and candidate information.
• Coordinate with HRs, Directors, and other officials during the verification process.
• Handle client queries and escalation calls efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure internal and external quality targets are consistently met.
