Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader to manage, guide, and inspire a team towards achieving company objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain high team morale while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of [5–15] members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Allocate work, set daily/weekly goals, and monitor performance through KPIs and reports. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance individual and team productivity. Maintain discipline, ensure adherence to company policies, and resolve conflicts. Act as the point of escalation for complex issues and ensure quick resolution. Foster a positive, motivating, and performance-driven work culture. Coordinate with management to implement new strategies, processes, and objectives. Prepare and submit regular performance and progress reports to senior management. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2–5 years of proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar role. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
