About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Intern / Executive to support our day-to-day business processes. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, streamlining workflows, and being at the center of team coordination.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of internal operations, support documentation, manage vendor coordination, and assist in implementing efficient practices across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in managing day-to-day operations and internal processes.

● Coordinate with internal teams for task execution, updates, and reporting.

● Support documentation, tracking, and maintenance of project and client records.

● Help monitor timelines, follow-ups, and compliance checklists.

● Liaise with vendors or external partners for timely delivery and communication.

● Identify gaps in processes and propose improvements.

● Maintain dashboards, reports, and assist with audits or internal reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 0–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic project management tools.

● High attention to detail and ability to manage timelines.

● Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
