Intellics Global Services Pvt. Ltd.

JD for Sr. Operation Executive

On boarding & Induction ( may have to do only for very Sr. person )
Attendance working
Payroll checking
Invoicing
Payment collection.
Verification and passing of payroll entries including F&F settlement to ex-employees
Handling employees PF & ESIC related issues
Data management
Client Visit
Statutory Compliance

Requirement

Should have min 4 to 5 years of Experience in managing same profile
WFO or Hybrid working for good candidates
Experience in managing multiple clients ( min 10 12 )
Should be able to manages all levels of escalations
medium to Good Communication
Should be able to visit client

Working days: Monday to Friday + (2nd and 4th Saturday OFF - 1st 3rd and 5th Saturday working till 5pm)

Timing: 9:30am to 6:30PM
