Job Title: Operation Executive

StayAffair Hospitality LLP is a premium short-term rental and property management startup, focused on delivering curated stays and seamless guest experiences. We will manage smart-luxury apartments, villas, and vacation rentals across Mumbai and nearby destinations. Our mission is to redefine urban and vacation living with modern hospitality, aesthetic interiors, and top-tier guest service.

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager & Assistant to the Founder who will oversee the day-to-day property operations and assist in strategic execution across all functions from property sourcing to guest management and team coordination.

This is a founders office role, perfect for someone who wants to be at the core of a growing startup wearing multiple hats, managing workflows, solving problems, and ensuring smooth execution across verticals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    . Operations & Property Management

 

Supervise day-to-day operations of all StayAffair properties.

 

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor teams.

 

Ensure guest satisfaction, quality control, and quick issue resolution.

 

Track property occupancy, expenses, and profitability reports.

 

  1. Founder Assistance

 

Work directly with the Founder for project execution, follow-ups, and task completion.

 

Maintain trackers, reports, and SOPs.

 

Conduct research and competitor benchmarking for business decisions.

 

Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and handle confidential information.

 

  1. Business Growth & Expansion

 

Identify potential new properties and assist in onboarding.

 

Collaborate with marketing and listing teams (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) to boost performance.

 

Optimize operational efficiency and vendor management systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 25 years experience in hospitality or operations management.

 

  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical thinking.

 

  • Proactive, reliable, and adaptable to startup-style work.

 

  • Tech-friendly (Excel, Google Workspace, task tools like Notion/Asana/Clickup).

 

  • Ability to manage teams, vendors, and deadlines independently.
