Operation Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive who can drive regulatory compliance and operational excellence across multiple projects. You will coordinate with diverse stakeholders while owning end-to-end responsibility for regulatory research, documentation management, project coordination, and process optimization. This is a detail-oriented, strategic role for someone who thrives on ensuring seamless operations and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1-Regulatory Research and Interpretation- Research and interpret relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and industry norms to ensure project compliance. Provide clear guidance to internal teams and clients on regulatory obligations. 2-Coordination with Regulatory Authorities and Laboratories- Act as the primary liaison between the company, regulatory bodies, and laboratories. Ensure timely submission of applications, reports, and supporting documents. Follow up proactively to expedite approvals and certifications. 3- Documentation and Records Management- Prepare, review, and maintain all regulatory and project-related documentation. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with prescribed formats. Maintain organized records for audits and inspections. 4-Project Coordination- Oversee day-to-day execution of client projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and in compliance with applicable regulations. Facilitate smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners. 5-Client Support and Compliance Assistance- Assist clients in understanding and meeting compliance requirements. Provide step-by-step guidance through the regulatory process and address client queries promptly. 6-Process Optimization and Reporting- Identify bottlenecks in operational processes and recommend improvements. Generate regular status reports for management and clients, highlighting progress, challenges, and compliance updates.
