About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track student application processes across intakes and partner universities.
• Handle and verify all student documentation as per German university and Uni Assist guidelines.
• Coordinate with multiple departments (Sales, Admissions, and Service Delivery) for seamless communication and case handling.
• Maintain accurate data entry, records, and application updates in internal systems (SSP, CRM, etc.).
• Track progress and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely completion of application milestones.
• Assist students with status updates and ensure service-related queries are resolved promptly.
• Generate and maintain reports for internal tracking, performance reviews, and operational planning.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred background:BMS,BCom, Business,Administration, BTech).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (knowledge of SSP or Leverage systems is a plus).
• Positive attitude with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
