Job Description

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the company to ensure smooth and efficient business functioning. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Operations Manager in administrative tasks, maintaining operational records, coordinating between departments, tracking project timelines, and analyzing reports to suggest improvements. You will also be involved in vendor coordination, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards, providing administrative support, and contributing to process optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Operations Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks. - Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation. - Coordinate with HR, Finance, Production, and Logistics departments for workflow efficiency. - Track project timelines, inventory levels, and procurement processes. - Prepare and analyze reports on operations performance and recommend improvements. - Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, and follow-ups on deliveries. - Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping. - Assist in onboarding new staff and supporting training or orientation sessions. - Contribute to process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - 03 years of experience in an operation, administrative, or coordination role (freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,
