  : Develop core consulting skills around communication, questioning, active listening, report writing, and presenting.

• Microsoft Suite Proficiency

  : Demonstrate proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Regulatory Awareness

  : Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements in respect of advised and non-advised sales.

• Communication Skills

  : Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally.

• Organizational Skills

  : Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Accuracy & Documentation

  : Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work, including the ability to produce high standards of documentation.

• Negotiation & Project Management

  : Demonstrate effective negotiation skills with stakeholders, coupled with strong interpersonal and project management abilities.
