Role Overview

We are seeking a

Data Engineer

with hands-on experience in

OpenText Content Server

to provide end-to-end support, design solutions, and optimize content management workflows. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining reports, workflows, and integrations, ensuring application stability, and supporting end-user requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support for OpenText Content Server, including troubleshooting live reports, workflows, scan profiles, and OCC profiles.
  • Work with project teams to design and develop solutions related to the Content Server application.
  • Provide L2/L3 end-user support, optimize configurations, and manage application stability.
  • Develop and maintain web reports, live reports, workflows, workspaces, categories, and appearances.
  • Perform daily monitoring, Windows maintenance, patch applications, service restarts, and enhancements implementation.
  • Support change management and conduct end-user training.
  • Apply fixes for security vulnerabilities and maintain quality assurance certifications.
  • Execute IT drills (tabletops, disaster recovery, HA exercises).
  • Support SSRS reports, backend stored procedures, functions, and views for data retrieval from Content Server.
  • Optimize Content Server schema-related SQL statements to improve query and report performance.
  • Support bulk tools (Object importer/exporter) and OpenText Extended ECM for SAP module.
  • Support custom .NET applications integrating third-party tools with Content Server.
  • Manage REST API / SOAP integrations and handle SSL certificates and system user password renewals.
  • Perform problem management, RCA, and fixes for recurring incidents.

Mandatory Skills

  • OpenText Content Server (hands-on experience)

Good To Have Skills

  • Experience with Extended ECM for SAP module
  • SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • .NET application support for integration
  • Knowledge of REST API / SOAP integrations
