Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for Documentation, Pricing Customer Service, and Sales. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as preparing and managing clinical documentation, technical documentation, and other relevant documents. Responsibilities also involve providing exceptional customer service, handling pricing inquiries, and supporting sales activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Clinical Documentation and Technical Documentation
• Strong Analytical Skills and Technical Writing abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
