JD - IT Recruiter

Manage End to End recruitment.

Source and screen CVs from job portals and social networking sites for the open requirements.
Role Involves Speaking to candidates over the phone and explaining the job opening
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Taking care of the on-boarding activities
Prior experience in Recruitment would be preferable.
Experience into IT Recruitment
Should be well versed with job Portals and linked in.
Good Knowledge of IT Industry.

Excellent communication Skill.
