Job Description: Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst

Job Location: Mogappair West, Chennai

Salary Range: ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum
Shift: Night Shift
Interview Mode: Direct Interview
Interview Timings: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our growing team. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to handle high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable Management:
• Oversee the AR process, including billing, invoicing, and cash application.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and manage timely follow-ups for overdue payments.
• Collections & Dispute Handling:
• Collaborate with clients to resolve payment issues and disputes.
• Document and track resolutions to maintain transparency and accuracy.
• Reporting & Reconciliations:
• Prepare AR reports, including aging reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices for efficient AR management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and accounting software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
