Interview Timings: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced AR Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for resolving outstanding accounts, handling claim follow-ups, and ensuring timely payments from insurance companies and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable Follow-Up:
• Call insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and ensure prompt resolution.
• Identify and address denials, rejections, and other payment-related issues.
• Claims Management:
• Review patient accounts and claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Resubmit claims when necessary to secure payment.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of calls and account updates.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on AR follow-ups and collections.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with billing teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper account management.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AR calling, preferably in the healthcare domain.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare processes, insurance terms, and revenue cycle management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in using AR calling tools and medical billing software.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and meet daily/weekly productivity targets.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
