Opening For Unit Head position with Ruby Hall Clinic - Pune

Role & responsibilities

• Financial and Operational Management:

  Manage the unit's budget, drive revenue growth, control costs, and ensure profitability, while also overseeing daily operations and resource allocation. The Unit Head will be responsible for overall hospital P&L, driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and profitability.

• Strategic Planning:

  Work with senior management to develop strategic plans and vision for the unit and the hospital, and then implement these plans to achieve short and long-term goals.

• Staff Leadership and Development:

  Lead, mentor, and manage the unit's staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a positive and high-performance culture.

• Quality and Compliance:

  Ensure the unit adheres to all hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations, as well as external accreditation standards like NABH.

• Patient Experience:

  Champion patient satisfaction by ensuring the highest level of care and a positive patient experience, and by acting as a liaison to address patient feedback and suggestions.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Collaborate with other departments, clinical teams, and external partners like insurance companies, government bodies, and the community.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven P & L management experience in tertiary of multispecialty hospitals.
• Background in Sales & Marketing ready to set up as a Unit Head.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Patient and people centric leadership approach.
• High levels of integrity, ethics and agility.
• Qualification A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Hospital Administration, Business, or Operations
• Experience 15 – 20 years.
