Cogniter Technologies is looking for an experienced UCaaS Developer to join our growing team in Chandigarh . This role offers the opportunity to design and develop scalable, secure, and real-time communication solutions for global clients using WebRTC , media servers , and unified communication platforms . Key Responsibilities Development & Integration Build WebRTC-based applications using platforms like Jitsi , Janus , or Zoom SDKs Develop and maintain media servers for real-time audio/video streaming Create backend services in Node.js for signaling, session control, and orchestration Integrate with third-party APIs such as Twilio , Vonage , and Microsoft Teams Implement and troubleshoot RTC protocols: SIP , VoIP , STUN , TURN , and ICE Performance & Security Optimize systems for low-latency and high-quality media performance Ensure secure communications through encryption and signaling protection Tackle networking challenges including NAT traversal , jitter , and packet loss Collaboration & Support Work closely with frontend teams for seamless WebRTC experiences Monitor, debug, and support real-time production environments Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with WebRTC and media server technologies Proficient in Node.js and microservices architecture Deep understanding of RTC protocols (VoIP, SIP, STUN, TURN, ICE, RTP, RTSP, HLS, DASH) Experience integrating APIs from Twilio , Vonage , or Microsoft Teams Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Expertise in WebRTC security and media optimization Bonus Skills Experience with AI-powered enhancements like noise suppression or speech analytics Familiarity with real-time frameworks like WebSockets and Socket.IO Understanding of cloud-native deployment and scalable media architectures Why Join Cogniter Technologies?
