Must have technical/professional qualifications: · Strong programming skills in JavaScript. · Experience working with HTML, XML, System integration (REST/SOAP) CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS, and relational databases.
Very good understanding of different software design paradigms & security fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, SOA, Microservices, OWASP Top 10). ·
Understanding of relational databases and SQL. ·
Configuration and Customization: ·
Ability to configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
· Experience with ServiceNow UI customization, including UI pages, UI macros, UI policies, and client scripts.
· Knowledge of ServiceNow's data model and relationships.
· Analytical and Problem-Solving: · Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
· Ability to analyze system performance and implement performance enhancements.
