Requirement

• 1-4 years of experience in successfully managing sales & Business development, client relationships in any Logistics/Freight Forwarding or related Industry
• Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and industry events. Identify potential clients and opportunities for expanding the customer base.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers to convert leads into clients.
• Conduct daily sales calls to potential clients, addressing their shipping and logistics needs. Oversee client relationships for satisfaction and repeat business.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition. -
• Stay informed about market trends and competitive intelligence in both the air and ocean freight sectors to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to ocean, air, import, and export shipments. -
• Convert customer inquiries and leads into confirmed orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer requirements.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and customer loyalty. -
• Continuously engage with customers throughout the shipment process, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Participate in the development and implementation of rate strategies that align with market trends and company pricing policies.
• Analyze and optimize pricing to maximize revenue while remaining competitive.
• Determine competitive buy and sell rates, considering customer preferences and company profitability.
