In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead and manage the Change Request (CR) process across multiple automotive software
projects.
Validate incoming change requests with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, and management teams to analyze the impact of change
requests.
Organize and drive Change Control Board (CCB) meetings to evaluate, approve, or reject change
requests.
Maintain and publish bug and change request dashboards using tools like PowerBI, Jira, or
Codebeamer.
Ensure traceability and documentation of all changes in compliance with ASPICE and project-
specific standards.
Monitor and report on change request metrics, including turnaround time, approval rates, and
implementation status.
Collaborate with project managers, requirement engineers, and quality teams to ensure smooth
integration of approved changes.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining structured change management records.
