Lead Generation Executive US Market (LinkedIn & Sales Navigator)

Company:

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify

    B2B leads

     from the

    US market

     using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead databases.
  • Identify key decision-makers (Talent Acquisition, HR, Procurement, etc.) in target companies.
  • Build, maintain, and manage accurate lead lists.
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn messaging, InMail, and email to initiate conversations.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads.
  • Explore new

    international markets (UK, Canada, Middle East, etc.)

     for contracting opportunities.
  • Track performance and maintain lead activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 14 years of proven experience in

    LinkedIn-based lead generation

     for

    US or international markets

    .
  • Strong command over

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    , Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of

    IT staffing / contracting domain

     is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
