Job Title:

Lead Generation Executive US Market (LinkedIn & Sales Navigator)

Company:

Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify
B2B leads
from the
US market
using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead databases.
Identify key decision-makers (Talent Acquisition, HR, Procurement, etc.) in target companies.
Build, maintain, and manage accurate lead lists.
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn messaging, InMail, and email to initiate conversations.
Collaborate with the business development team to schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads.
Explore new
international markets (UK, Canada, Middle East, etc.)
for contracting opportunities.
Track performance and maintain lead activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

14 years of proven experience in
LinkedIn-based lead generation
for
US or international markets
.
Strong command over
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of
IT staffing / contracting domain
is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
