Job Description

Job Role: Sales Executive Insurance Sales

Company:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
Provide detailed information on insurance plans
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable policy options
Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Follow compliance standards and internal process guidelines

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 8+ months of experience in Voice, Telesales, or Insurance Sales
Strong English communication skills
Good customer interaction and persuasive abilities
Graduate or Postgraduate (mandatory)
Age bracket: 18 to 32 years

Working Details:

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM
Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
Salary Offering: Up to 27,000 in hand (depending on experience)
