Job Description

Openings for General Ledger at RRD

Prepare monthly deliverables to the Management group for various financial reports like prepayments, accruals, etc./ Perform advanced reconciliations /Review of P&L and Balance Sheet, etc

Essential Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce / Post Graduate Diploma in Finance

Experience: 1-5 years experience in General Ledger

Perform advanced reconciliations / prepare monthly deliverables to the Management group for various financial reports like prepayments, accruals, restructuring, etc.
Perform various analyses for the corporate team of RRD and suggest required adjusting journals.
Prepare and review monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Have a good understanding of HFM.
Analysis of Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Review Statutory reconciliation.
Monthly financial submissions to SAP.
Complete all assigned jobs as per committed time, in an accurate and client-specific manner.
Update work allocation matrix on completion of tasks on hand to measure performance / Prepare monthly KPI metrics.
Escalate matters to the next level of management for pending issues.
Adhere to information security and control procedures.
Work experience in the GL area
Possess excellent double-entry accounting knowledge.
Good exposure to concepts in finance and accounting.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good MS office skills. Knowledge of Macro programming in excel will be an added advantage.
Good team player attitude
