Supervise daily floor activities and ensure timely store openings and closings
Ensure tenant compliance with mall SOPs, display guidelines, and hygiene standards
Manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff on the floor
Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner
Conduct regular walkthroughs to check cleanliness, maintenance, lighting, and signage
Coordinate with retailers for promotions, events, and visual merchandising support
Ensure emergency exits, fire alarms, and safety equipment are in working condition
Report incidents, damages, or discrepancies to the Operations Manager
Monitor footfall and report peak/off-peak hours data
Ensure timely execution of daily checklists, inspections, and follow-ups
