This role will involve managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with both clients and candidates to ensure the effective placement of talent. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing CVs : Use various platforms and resources to source relevant resumes. Candidate Interaction : Engage with prospective candidates, providing detailed information about the role and company. Screening and Filtering : Review and evaluate CVs to shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements. Documentation : Ensure all required documentation and applications are collected and verified accurately. Interview Coordination : Assist in scheduling and arranging interviews with the relevant team members. DGS Work : Perform tasks related to the DGS (Document Gathering and Submission) as required. Client Coordination : Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their requirements are met. Operational Management : Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination with seniors and colleagues. Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, coordination, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in MS Office and basic recruitment tools.
