Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales - Gifting role based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing corporate sales opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and building lasting relationships with corporate partners. Responsibilities also include devising sales strategies, leading business development initiatives, and fostering partnerships to drive gifting segment growth.


Responsibilities:


1. Identify and target potential institutional and corporate clients for Open Secret's gifting products.


2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, purchasing departments, and corporate gifting managers.


3. Understand clients' gifting requirements, budget constraints, and branding guidelines to offer customized solutions that meet their needs.


4. Present and promote Open Secret's product range effectively, highlighting their unique features and benefits to prospective clients.


5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to secure new business opportunities.


6. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.


7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.


8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.


Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prospecting efforts using CRM software.


Qualifications:


- 2+ Years of experience into Corporate Gifting Sales or B2B Sales


- Strong understanding of the institutional and corporate gifting market, including key players, trends, and customer preferences.
