e. Tracking Open bills/ Reopening of bills/ Bill Cancellations in Insta Billing module
f. Virtual Consultation Billing in Insta Billing Module
g. Updation of Missing EDDs in Insta/Billing module
USG scan appointments/ process flow/ Reports/ Billing
IP Admissions- Process, documentation, Information flow, deposit submission
Doctor profile updation on Website/ EDOC / Adbhutam / Insta Billing module
Coordination for Online Programs - Antenatal Sessions/ FB Live / Corporate Webinars
Call management
a. Ensure all incoming calls are attended
b. Call Back to missed calls
c. Reminder for appointment/ admission
d. Intimation to doctors for patients admitted
Tracking Conversions
a. Digital lead conversion to OP
