Job Title: Technical Trainer – Analytics & AI Transformation Delivery Program

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai (Two Colleges)

Days: Thursday and Friday

Duration: 14 weeks (28 working days)

Timings:

• College 1: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• College 2: 11:45 AM – 2:45 PM
• Total Hours: 6 hours per day

Compensation: ₹4,000 per day

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver the Analytics & AI Transformation Delivery Program to engineering and technology students. The trainer will cover SQL, Python programming, data analytics, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI concepts, using the provided syllabus. This role requires hands-on teaching, interactive learning methods, and real-world application examples to prepare students for industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver course content including SQL fundamentals, Python basics, data structures, functions, and packages.
• Teach NumPy, file handling, Pandas, data wrangling, descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing.
• Cover feature engineering, data visualization with Matplotlib and Seaborn, and storytelling with data.
• Train students on machine learning algorithms, evaluation metrics, clustering, and model selection.
• Introduce deep learning basics, RNN, NLP, POS tagging, Generative AI, LLM fundamentals, and prompt engineering.
• Guide students through capstone project development and assessment.
• Conduct hands-on labs and practical exercises for each topic.
• Provide real-world datasets, tools, and frameworks for practice.
• Encourage participation through discussions, quizzes, and projects.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with college coordinators for smooth delivery of sessions.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, data analytics, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI tools.
• Prior experience in technical training or teaching, preferably in academic settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically.
• Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch, NLP libraries.
