Onsite Engineer - Field Service

You will be working at Godrej Koerber Supply Chain Ltd. (GKSC), a pioneer and leader in offering automated warehousing and supply chain solutions. Your role will involve delivering superlative customer experience with after-sales service by efficiently handling breakdown calls and building strong customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze problems and execute correctives. - Support customers for problem-solving remotely. - Train the team in crisis management and customer anxiety management. - Conduct equipment surveys to identify expected problems and initiate preventive steps. - Develop good connections with the user team to support trouble-free running of equipment. **Authorities:** - Recommend free replacement of spares even though out of warranty based on the assessment of the reason for failure. **Key Results Areas (KRAs):** - Carry out BD Maintenance / Preventive Maintenance within agreed Service Levels. - Build strong customer/user connections. - Maintain high system uptime. **Requisite Qualification:** - Essential: ITI/Diploma in Engineering- Instrumentation / Electrical Engg / Electronics/Mechatronics. - Preferred: Same as above. **Requisite Experience:** - Essential: Minimum 2 years in Field Service / Electro Mechanical Commissioning. - Preferred: Intralogistics Automation equipment knowledge would be an advantage. **Skills & Competencies:** - Knowledge of Siemens PLC, Sensors, Drives + Electrical equipment like VFD Motors, Power circuits, Bar code scanners, LAN Networking troubleshooting, etc. - Experience in Customer Service. - Problem-Solving Mindset. - Interpersonal Skills- team player, cohesive working with CFT. - Result Orientation. - Self-motivated. - Good Oral and Written Communication. - Positive attitude- Open for suggestions and improvement.,
