As an After Sales (BackOffice) professional, your primary role will involve delivering a superlative customer experience in terms of after-service. This includes efficiently handling breakdown calls and establishing strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include analyzing problems and implementing corrective measures, providing remote support to customers for issue resolution, conducting equipment surveys to identify potential problems, and training teams in crisis management and customer anxiety management. Developing good connections with user teams to ensure trouble-free equipment operation will also be a key aspect of your role. In this position, you will have the authority to recommend free replacement of spares, even if out of warranty, based on the assessment of the reason for failure. Key Results Areas (KRAs) for this role include carrying out BD Maintenance/Preventive Maintenance within agreed service levels, building strong customer/user connections, and maintaining high system uptime. To be considered for this role, you should have a Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation/Electrical Engg/Electronics/Mechatronics) or ITI qualification. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Field Service/Electro Mechanical Commissioning is essential, with knowledge of Intralogistics Automation equipment being a preferred advantage. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.E./BSc/ Diploma in Electronics with 1-4 years of experience. This role is specifically for males and involves designing SMPS, DC-DC Converters, AC-DC Converters, Inverters, and UPS. The responsibilities include day-to-day tasks such as tracking new and old designs, designing schematics, and working on Power-based circuits from requirements to testing and debugging. The candidate should have expertise in power devices like Thyristors, MosFETs, IGBTs, interface circuitry, and troubleshooting noise and other issues. Preferred candidates will have experience in 3PH, 1PH design and operation in Power circuits. Desirable skills include experience in PCB layouts, type testing of units, and proficiency in using test equipment like DMMs, DSOs, etc. While travel is not a regular requirement for this role, occasional travel may be necessary for debugging or project trials on site.,
