Overview:

Oodles Enterprises, Genius Academy is in search for tutors proficient in teaching online K-12.

We seek top-notch academic tutors to support our K-12th-grade students in several areas, including K-12 Math, Algebra, Geometry, English, Chemistry, Physics and other subjects. The ideal tutors are knowledgeable, experienced in Common Core Curriculum (USA) or other countries standard, and professional, making learning fun, engaging, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging and fun lesson plans tailored to various academic levels.
• Establish academic goals and milestones with students.
• Document and communicate progress reports.
• Provide a supportive and motivating environment for students to thrive academically.
• Keep the work/classroom environment organized.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree (Teaching Credentials are a plus).
• Minimum of 2-5 years of teaching/tutoring experience
• Reliable internet, computer with camera - the ability to arrive at work on time
• Proficiency with USA or any other country teaching standards with prior experience teaching online globally (preferable USA).
• Fun, upbeat personality with strong English & interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and learning.
• Impeccable time management and organizational skills.
• Patience and empathy to support students facing various academic and personal challenges.
• Respect for students' cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, promoting an inclusive and supportive environment
• Excellent references.
• Plus point if available to work as per specific county time zone. USA tutoring time zone preferably anytime between from 11:00 PM IST to 11 AM IST (USA Time Zone) with each tutoring session 1 hr.
