As an Online and Offline Sales Manager at NISHANI (Jewellery Brand), you will play a crucial role in managing and driving sales across digital and traditional retail channels. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to increase online sales through e-commerce platforms, overseeing product listings, collaborating with digital marketing teams for online campaigns, and implementing SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility. For offline sales management, you will be tasked with developing sales strategies for retail stores, pop-up shops, exhibitions, and events to boost brand visibility and sales. This includes monitoring inventory levels, organizing in-store events and promotions, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering relationships with retail partners and clients. Key Responsibilities: Online Sales Management: - Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales through the company's e-commerce website and other digital platforms. - Oversee online product listings and collaborate with the digital marketing team for online campaigns. - Implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and organic traffic. - Analyze online sales data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Offline Sales Management: - Develop sales strategies for offline channels to increase brand visibility and sales. - Monitor inventory levels and organize in-store events to attract foot traffic. - Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and clients for a personalized shopping experience. - Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to ensure brand image reflection in-store displays.
