Online Sales Manager

Your role as a Sales Manager (Online) will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive online sales strategy, managing the online store(s), collaborating with the digital marketing team, building strong customer relationships, tracking sales performance, leading and training a team, and coordinating with other departments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve revenue targets. - Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. - Oversee and manage the company's online store(s) to optimize user experience, speed, and conversion. - Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content strategies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. - Track and analyze sales data, including key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value. - Lead and motivate a team of online sales specialists, providing training on best practices and product knowledge. - Work cross-functionally with product development, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth online order processing. Required Qualifications: - Education: Any Graduate/MBA in Marketing - Experience: Minimum 3-8 years of experience in online sales management, e-commerce, or digital marketing. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding online sales targets.
