Online Sales Executive

You are a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive responsible for managing and driving online diamond sales during night shifts. Your background in B2B sales, along with strong digital communication and persuasion skills, makes you the ideal candidate for this role. Your primary focus will be engaging with international clientele, guiding them through high-value purchases, and ensuring an exceptional online buying experience. Your key responsibilities include engaging with online customers in real-time via chat, video calls, and email during night shift hours to cater to international markets. You will guide clients through diamond selection, customization options, certification, and purchasing processes. Building long-term relationships with high-value clients to encourage repeat business and referrals is crucial. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, along with maintaining up-to-date knowledge of diamond grading, trends, and promotional campaigns, are essential aspects of your role. Collaborating closely with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction is a key part of your responsibilities. Recording and maintaining detailed CRM notes on customer interactions and preferences will help in providing personalized services to clients. To excel in this position, you should have over 35 years of experience in diamond sales, preferably in an online setting. A strong understanding of the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, carat) and GIA/IGI certifications is required. Experience with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms is beneficial. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients. While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.,
