Online E-commerce Sales Executive who will manage product listings and sales on platforms like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, and Myntra. The role can be tailored to B2B, B2C, or a mix depending on your business model. Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and content across Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and AJIO Coordinate with internal teams to gather product information, images, and specifications for listing Monitor and improve product visibility and keyword rankings on each platform Handle daily order processing, return/refund management, and shipment coordination Run promotions, discount offers, and participate in flash sales/events Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints on all marketplaces Track sales performance and prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, including cataloging and packaging standards Coordinate with platform account managers to resolve listing or performance issues 🔹 Requirements:Prior experience handling accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, or AJIO Knowledge of e-commerce tools like MS Excel, MS Office, and any ERP is a plus Understanding of product keyword optimization, SEO, and platform algorithms Good communication skills in English/Hindi (regional language is a plus) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
