Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct virtual tours of properties using video conferencing tools like Zoom or Google Meet.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chat platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to property listings, pricing, and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
