About the Role:

Online Research Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed online research to identify and verify businesses, products, and contact information of potential buyers and sellers in the U.S. market.
• Gather data from a range of online sources including company websites, directories, trade shows, social media, and industry databases.
• Maintain and regularly update internal CRM/database with accurate and relevant information.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and product demand.
• Support lead generation teams by providing qualified contact lists and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align research goals with business objectives.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by cross-checking information.
• Generate daily/weekly reports and summaries of research activities and findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Research, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in online research, lead generation, or market intelligence preferred.
• Strong analytical and internet research skills.
• Proficient in using search engines, LinkedIn, online directories, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with the U.S. market and business culture is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and a self-driven attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Uplead, or Lusha.
• Knowledge of industry sectors such as manufacturing, wholesale trade, or import-export.
• Understanding of B2B marketplaces and buyer-seller dynamics.
• Good written and spoken English is mandatory.
