Online Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales profssional to join our team at 1Solutions, a leading web development and digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have alteast 1-2 years experience in selling IT, web design, SEO, or digital marketing services to international clients (US, UK, Australia preferred). You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing inbound inquiries, pitching services to potential clients, and closing projects online through platforms like LinkedIn, email, GEM, and Upwork. Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities through LinkedIn, portals, and email outreach Handle online tender submission, e-procurement documentation, and related compliance Prepare proposals, quotations, and supporting documents for bids and tenders Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical documentation, and project estimates Manage inbound leads and convert them into closed deals Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements- 2–5 years of experience in sales / business development / tender documentation Strong knowledge of GeM portal, eProcurement sites, or government tenders (preferred) Good understanding of IT, web development, or digital marketing services Excellent English communication (written & verbal) Proficient in MS Office, email drafting, and online documentation Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Perks & Benefits Fixed monthly salary + attractive incentives on closures Opportunity to work with domestic and international clients 5-day work week Growth-oriented and stable work environment
