Job Description

Role Summary

As an D2C Online Brand Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end digital activities — from website management to online sales performance, digital marketing campaigns, and social media engagement. This is a cross-functional role combining brand communication, e-commerce growth, and digital performance marketing in a fast-paced, creative environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Website & E-Commerce Management

  • Manage daily operations of the brand’s website (Eg. Shopify)
  • Coordinate product uploads, collections, banners, and merchandising updates
  • Work closely with design, product, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
  • Track site health, issues, and checkout flow optimization



2. Digital Performance Marketing

  • Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate platforms
  • Track conversion rates, and suggest optimizations
  • Coordinate with performance marketing agencies or in-house teams for creatives and campaign briefs
  • Help manage budgets and performance reports



3. Social Media & Content

  • Manage the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
  • Work with the content team to plan monthly calendars, launches, reels, influencer features, etc.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across platforms
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and flag UGC and PR mentions



4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs across website traffic, sales, email campaigns, and paid media
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Shopify Reports, etc.
  • Share insights and actionable recommendations with internal teams



5. Collaborate with Influencers and Brand Partners

  • Identify, engage, and coordinate with relevant influencers and brand collaborators to amplify the brand’s digital presence and drive authentic customer engagement. Manage influencer campaigns from briefing to execution and performance tracking.



Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience D2C online branding, or digital operations in a Luxury Brand
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creative flair with an eye for design and branding consistency
  • Ability to multitask across operational, sales, and creative domains
