Online Bidder

Join our team as an experienced Online Bidder with InStep Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located in Peermuchalla near 20 sector Panchkula. This is a full-time on-site job requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience. As an Online Bidder, your key responsibilities will include maintaining a database of leads, tracking performance, identifying and bidding on IT projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour (PPH), generating and nurturing leads through bidding and other sources, understanding client requirements, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with internal teams to align client expectations and deliverables. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in online bidding and IT sales, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc., and the ability to work independently and meet targets.
