Job Description

Company Type: IT Services / Software Development / Web & App Development / Digital Marketing Job Objective:

To generate qualified leads, submit proposals, and win new business through online bidding platforms and portals, contributing to the company’s overall growth in software, web, mobile app, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Bidding & Lead Generation
  • Actively bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and GeM/other government portals.
  • Identify potential projects and submit compelling proposals.
  • Proposal Writing
  • Write custom proposals according to client requirements.
  • Highlight relevant skills, past work, and company capabilities.
  • Ensure timely response to project invitations and queries.
  • Client Communication
  • Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and video calls.
  • Clarify requirements, answer pre-sale questions, and schedule demos.
  • Sales & Closure
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to finalize scopes and timelines.
  • Documentation
  • Prepare business presentations, quotes, and agreements.
  • Maintain records in CRM or spreadsheets for tracking leads and conversions.
  • Market Research
  • Understand market trends and competitors on bidding platforms.
  • Suggest pricing strategies and service packaging based on market demand.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Strong knowledge of Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr / Guru
  • Good understanding of IT services (Web development, Mobile Apps, SEO, etc.)
  • Ability to write custom, client-specific proposals
  • Negotiation & closing skills
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach tools is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Business / Marketing
  • MBA is a plus
  • 1–4 years of experience in bidding / business development for an IT company

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
