Role Overview

Onboarding Process Executive


Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding (Primary – ~80% of role)
  • Serve as the main POC for new clients immediately after deal closure.
  • Understand client requirements and guide them through platform setup.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Customer Success, Support) to ensure smooth activation.
  • Configure accounts, integrations (Shopify, CRMs, etc.), and WhatsApp API connections.
  • Train clients on product usage through video calls, screen shares, and documentation.
  • Monitor onboarding timelines and ensure go-live within committed deadlines.
  • Maintain onboarding checklists, trackers, and customer notes in CRM.
Account Management (Future Growth – ~20% initially)
  • Handle a portfolio of smaller accounts post-onboarding.
  • Build relationships to improve retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify customer issues early and coordinate solutions.
  • Share product updates and best practices with customers.


Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or implementation roles (SaaS/tech preferred).
  • Mandatory:

    Ability and willingness to work

    in-office at Gurgaon Sector 12A

    .
  • Comfortable occasionally taking

    3–4 late evening calls per month from home

    , with work hours adjusted accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort with tech tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks at the same time.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, WhatsApp APIs, or eCommerce platforms (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
